There are a lot of DIY Solar Panel guides available to purchase on the market today. But I didn’t want to get ripped off. I wanted to be sure that I would be able to build the solar panels at home without any additional help.
If you don’t have time to read this whole thing, check out this quick write up comparing the top DIY solar panel guides out there.
Learning how to make a solar panel and not get ripped off.
I put together a quick comparison chart on the best guides on how to make a solar panel
I was sure that I went over all the different brands, including, but not limited to Power4Home, and Earth 4 Energy. It seems like the one thing in common all of them had was a money-back guarantee. Some had different time periods though. It was on thing to {spit words from your mouth just to make a sale, but I wanted to be sure they the company actually backed up their claim and fully supported the guarantee.} What I did next was look up what other people in my situation had did.
I stayed away from those sites only selling me stuff.
I was astonished to find out that some of the companies I was looking at didn’t even bother with customer support and didn’t get high grades. There were a handful who got their money back
I compared all the green guides to see which ones had good customer support. Only about 2-3 lived up to my standards.
How difficult would it be to make a solar panel?
The second reason for my hesitation was not knowing for sure if I could handle building the solar panels all by myself without the help of others. I dropped out of college and learned only a bit of technical skills in high school In actuality, I work in blue collar work in construction and it’s really far from anything technical.
You may be able to understand my predicament. I wanted to know for sure that I can assemble my own solar panels without any troubles. Of course the websites will tell me that anyone could do it because they want to sell it to me, but I was a bit skeptical. I didn’t want to just take what they said for face value so I did some more research.
I went online once again and got advice from my peers to give me a honest review. I checked out videos on how they were made and also the steps I needed to take.
I thought in my head what if I couldn’t and didn’t know how to wire everything up. To my surprise, some people have actually tried it and gave me their 2 cents.
My hat goes off to GreenDIYEnergy.
